Kenny was friendly and polite while listening to my concerns involving my car. They called to give us an estimate and proceeded to repair what needed done. Was kind and courteous even though we picked it up at closing. Will definitely use them again.

I have taken my 2 cars to Conrads ever since they opened. The managers are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. I like taking my 2 cars there for service. I don't trust the dealers.

Great customer service. I called with an emergency tire repair. They were able to work me in and get me back on the road in no time. Everyone was amazing.

I had an appointment to get a plug in my tire that had a screw in it, yet was still there for an hour and a half. Next day, same tire had 16psi, had to get it fixed again b/c I had to go to work the next day. Called on Monday morning and talked to the manager, he said I should have came back and they would have fixed it, well couldn’t do that, had to work. Will never go back. Still waiting on my refund. Horrible service

I had an appointment at 3:00, for an oil change, replace two tires, and an alignment. It was done by 5:30, which to me is excellent timing. The people were very nice and explained to me everything they did, and what I need to follow up on.
